Optimization of Water Extraction Technology for Qiju Granule by Orthogonal Test
Objective: To optimize extraction process of Qiju granule. Method: With the content of astragaloside IV and extract rate as indexes
extraction process was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal method. Result: Optimum extraction technology of Qiju granule was as follows:extracted 2 times with 18 times the amount of water
1 h each time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process was reasonable and feasible.
