Determination of Chlorogenic acid and Frusthin of the Drug Pairs of Flos Lonicerae and Fructus Forsythiae in Rats'Organs
Objective: To analyze the feature of the drug pairs of Flos Lonicerae and Fructus Forsythiae by determining the content of chlorogenic acid and forsythin. Method: The content of chlorogenic acid and forsythin in different organs was analyzed by using the Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm
5 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase; the velocity of flow was 1.0 mL·min-1
and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Result: Chlorogenic acid and forsythin can be detected in all the organs and there was more in brain except the gastrointestinals. Conclusion: The distribution of chlorogenic acid and forsythin fit in with the feature'clearing away the heat-evil to relieve the exterior with light drug'.
