Optimization of Extraction Technology for Alantolactone and Isoalantolactone from by Orthogonal Test
Objective: To optimize ultrasonic extraction process of alantolactone and isoalantolactone from Inula helenium. Method: Based on single-factor test
orthogonal design was used to optimize extraction technology of I. helenium with the concentration of ethanol
ratio of solid-liquid
ultrasonic-time and extraction times as factors. Result: Optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions were as follows:extracted 2 times with 15 times the amount of 65% ethanol
30 min per time. Under such conditions
the content of alantolactone and isoalantolactone were 28.647
13.963 mg·g-1
respectively. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was stable and feasible.
