Evaluation ofRelease and Percutaneous Absorption for Guanxin Gel Ointment
Objective: To evaluate in vitro release and transdermal absorption behavior of Guanxin gel ointment. Method: The content of salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC
modified Franz diffusion cell method was applied to investigate in vitro transdermal absorption behavior of Guanxin gel ointment with isolated mouse skin as barrier. Result: In 24 hours
accumulative release rate of salvianolic acid B was 92.7%
accumulated transdermal rate of salvianolic acid B was 21.97%
transmission rate was 71.9 μg·cm-2·h. Conclusion: In vitro release and transdermal behavior of Guanxin gel ointment were all satisfied with the law of in vitro release and transdermal of Chinese medicine gel ointment.
