Effect of Tangbian Foot therapy on Vibration Threshold in Patients with Diabetes
Objective: To observe the effect of Tangbian foot therapy on vibration threshold in patients with diabetes. Method: Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n=30
each). Both groups were given mecobalamin
and treatment group was additionally given Tangbian foot therapy 2 times a day
for 20 minutes every time
for 4 weeks. Result: The total effective rate was 93.3% and 73.3%(P<0.01). Vbration threshold improved significantly in the treatment group after treatment
which was superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Tangbian foot therapy could not only alleviate the clinical painful symptoms in patients with diabetes
