Optimization of Extraction Technology for Total Polysaccharides form
Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total polysaccharides form Asarum insigne. Method: With ratio of solid-liquid
extraction temperature
extraction time and the concentration of ethanol precipitation as factors
orthogonal test was used for optimization of extraction process with yield of total polysaccharides from A. insigne as index. Result: Optimum extraction technology parameters of total polysaccharides form A. insigne were: solid-liquid ratio 6∶1
extracted 2 times at 80 ℃
per time 90 min
the concentration of ethanol precipitation 90%.Under these conditions
the average yield of total polysaccharides was 1.82%
RSD 1.93%. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple
