mangiferin and yield of dry extract as indexes to do comprehensive evaluation

orthogonal test was designed to investigate water extraction parameters

such as solvent usage

infiltration time

extraction time and extraction times. Result: Extraction times had significant effect on water extraction process

and optimum extraction process was A1B1C1D3

that A. asphodeloides pieces was added six times the amount of water without infiltration

extracted three times with 30 min each time. Conclusion: This optimized process was stable

reasonable and feasible.
