Optimization of the Technical Conditions of Cihangdan Prescription Extracted by Semi-bionic Extraction Method by Homogeneous Design
Objective: To optimize the technical conditions of semi-bionic extraction (SBE) for Cihangdan Prescription. Method: The prepared slice residues
from which the volatile ingredients were extracted by SFE-CO2
were mixed with Herba Leonuri and U9 (91×33) homogeneous design was used taking chuanxionggzine hydrochlorid
ferulic acid
stachydrine hydrochloride
D-glucose anhydrous and dry extraction with molecular weight less than 1000 Da as indexes; the result was comprehensively evaluated to optimize SBE technical conditions for Cihangdan Prescription based on the same drugs
extracting time
equal solvent and the same refine conditions. Result: The pH value of 3 times of extraction is 5.9707
7.4570 and 8.8008 respectively
and the extracting time is 4.988 3h. Conclusion: The pH value of three extractions is 6.0
