摘要

目的: 研究金铁锁有效部位的化学成分。方法: 采用柱色谱法从金铁锁的正丁醇部位分离得到7个化合物

通过波谱技术鉴定了5个化合物。结果: 5个化合物分别是16-异皂树酸 (16-isoquillaic acid

1 )、丝石竹苷元 (gypsogenin

2 )、 α-菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷 (α-spinasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside

3 )、α-菠甾醇 (α-spinasterol

4 )、胡萝卜苷 (daucosterol

5 )。结论: 化合物1~3为首次从金铁锁中分离得到的天然化合物。

Abstract

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the effective proportion of Psammosilene tunicoides. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography

and the structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic studies. Result: Seven compounds were obtained

and five of them were identified as 16-isoquillaic acid ( 1 )

gypsogenin ( 2 )

α-spinasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside ( 3 )

α-spinasterol ( 4 )

daucosterol ( 5 ). Conclusion: Compound 1-3 were isolated from this plant for the first time as natural products.
