Objective: To explore application of information entropy theory in evaluation of extraction technology for traditional Chinese medicine. Method: With Smilax china as a model drug
with the content of total flavonoids

comprehensive evaluation index was determined by calculating information entropy and weight coefficient of multi-indexes. Result: Orthogonal test data was handled by data processing method basing on information entropy
