Objective: To optimize extraction technology of K-CoxB-JN. Method: The contents of saponins
flavonoids and lignins in ethanol extract
were determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometry.Extraction technology of K-CoxB-JN was optimized by orthogonal test. Result: Optimum ethanol extraction conditions were:heating refluxed 2 times with 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol
