摘要

目的: 研究冬青科植物毛冬青茎的化学成分。方法: 通过硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20柱色谱及反复重结晶等方法分离纯化化合物

利用核磁共振等现代波谱技术解析确定化合物结构。结果: 从毛冬青茎的石油醚和乙酸乙酯部位中分离并鉴定了5个化合物

分别为ilexgein A( 1 )

ilexsaponin A1( 2 )

ilexsaponin B1( 3 )

ilexsaponin B2( 4 )

β-谷甾醇( 5 )。结论: 化合物 1~5 均为首次从毛冬青茎中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the stems of Ilex pubescens. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified via silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography as well as recrystallization. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Result: Five compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and EtOAc fractions.They were obtained and their structures were identified as ilexgein A( 1 )

ilexsaponin A1( 2 )

ilexsaponin B1( 3 )

Ilexsaponin B2( 4 )

β-sitosterol( 5 ). Conclusion: All of the five compounds were firstly isolated from the stems of I. pubescens.
