Optimization of Extraction Process for Li'ankang Tablet by Orthogonal Test
Objective: To optimize extraction process of Li'ankang tablet. Method: Extraction process of Li'ankang tablet was optimized by orthogonal design with multiple indexes. Astragaloside was used as index in water extract part
but with icariin as index in ethanol extract part. Result: Optimal extraction process of Li'ankang tablet was as follows: ratio of Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis 5∶1
added 8 times the amount of water to boil together
decocted 3 times with 1.5 h each time
vacuum drying under 70 ℃;Epimedium brevicornu was added 14 times the amount of 70% ethanol to extract 2times
one h per time. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process of Li'ankang tablet was reasonable
stable and feasible
and could be extraction technology of Li'ankang tablet.
