摘要

目的: 建立HPLC-ELSD法测定吉祥草中皂苷A含量的方法。方法: 采用Aglient Eclipse-XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm

5 μm)

甲醇-水(46∶54)为流动相

流速1.0 mL·min-1

柱温40 ℃

ELSD漂移管温度40 ℃

雾化空气压力0.30 MPa。结果: 皂苷A进样量在0.618~9.888 μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8)

平均回收率为99.11%

RSD 2.47%。结论: 该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高

可用于吉祥草中皂苷A含量测定。

Abstract

Objective: To establish HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of saponin A in Reineckia carnea. Method: The column was Elipse-XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm

5 μm) and mixture of methanol-water (46∶54) as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1and the column temperature was at 40 ℃. Drift tube temperature was 40 ℃

pressure of nebulizer gas was 0.3 MPa. Result: The linearity of saponin A was good in the range of 0.618-9.888 μg(r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 99.11%

with RSD of 2.47%. Conclusion: The method is convenient

rapid

accurate with high sensitivity and can be used reliably for analyzing saponin A in R. carnea.
