Objective: a method of simultaneous and fast determination the contents of puerarin

daidzein

imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Baige capsules was established. Method: the monolithic C18 column was used to perform the separation

and the mobile phase was methanol (A)-0.1% glacial acetic acid (B) with gradient elution

the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1

the detection wavelength was at 254 nm and the injection volume was 5 μL

the column temperature was 30 ℃. Result: these four components could be well separated under the established chromatographic condition

the linear correlation of each component was fine in certain concentration(r>0.999 5)

the recovery was between 95%-105%. Conclusion: the established method was simple

rapid and reliable and could be successfully applied in the active component detection in Baige capsules.
