Simultaneous Determination of Oleanolic Acid and Ursolic Acid in by RP-HPLC
Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Rubus parvifolius. Method: The separation was achieved on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) at 30 ℃ using methanol-phosphoric acid solution (90 : 10) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1
210 nm as the detection wavelength. Result: The linear ranges of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were from 0.136 8 to 1.368 0 μg and 0.212 8 to 2.218 0 μg
respectively. The average recoveries (n=6) for oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 97.5%(RSD 1.6%)
96.9% (RSD 1.4%)
respectively. Conclusion: The proposed method is accurate
simple and applicable for determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in R. parvifolius.
