Determination of Contents of Matrine and Oxymatrine in Danhuangquyu Tablets by HPLC
Objective: To develop a HPLC method for the determination of matrine and oxymatrine in Danhuangquyu tablets. Method: An Agilent NH2 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) was used
the mobile phase was acetonitrile-absolute ethyl alcohol-3% phosphoric acid (82 ∶10 ∶8)
the detection wavelength was 220 nm
the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result: Matrine showed a good linear relationship at the range of was 0.385-2.31 μg(r=0.999 6)
the average recovery was 99.0%
RSD 0.85% (n=6); Oxymatrine showed a good linear relationship at the range of was 0.021 8-0.239 8 μg(r=0.999 2)
the average recovery was 97.2%
RSD 1.0% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable
and it can be used for the quality control of Danhuangquyu tablets.
