Clinical Significance of Detecting Serum Levels of Hs-CRP, CTnI and Blood Lipids in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective: To study the clinical significance of detecting serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)
cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and blood lipids in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Method: The serum levels of hs-CRP
cTnI
triglycerides(TG)
total cholesterol(TC)
low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)
high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were detected in one hundred and two patients
and compared with those of 40 healthy subjects in the control group. Result: The serum level of hs-CRP in the stable angina pectoris(SAP) group was significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.05). The serum levels of hs-CRP
cTnI
TC
TG
LDL-C in the unstable angina pectoris(UAP) group and the AMI group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.05)
and the serum level of HDL-C was significantly lower than that in the control group (all P <0.05). The serum levels of hs-CRP
cTnI
TC
TG
LDL-C in the SAP group and the UAP group were significantly lower than those in the AMI group (all P <0.05)
and the serum levels of HDL-C in the SAP group and the UAP group were significantly higher than those in the AMI group (all P <0.05). The serum levels of hs-CRP
cTnI in the SAP group were significantly lower than those in the UAP group (all P <0.05). The serum level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with TC
TG
LDL-C(P<0.05)
and was negatively correlated with HDL-C (P<0.05). The serum level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with cTnI (P<0.05). Conclusion: The detection of serum levels of hs-CRP
cTnI and blood lipids plays an important role in disease prediction and treatment of patients with CHD.
