Research on Application Status of Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments in Primary Hospital
To investigate application status of eighteen incompatible medicaments in primary hospital. We searched 78
238 recipes originated from a county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and 9 health clinics in towns and townships between 2008 and 2011.All recipes containing eighteen incompatible medicaments were statistically analyzed. Two handred and fifty-five recipes containing eighteen incompatible medicaments were found. There were 198 recipes in aconite group and 57 recipes in radix glycyrrhizae group. No recipe in veratrinigri group was found. Radix Aconiti Lateralis preparata in combination with Rhizoma Pinelliae was the most common formula of all eighteen incompatible medicaments. Most clinicians hold a negative attitude to application of eighteen incompatible medicaments. Application of eighteen incompatible medicaments in primary hospital is objectively existent
