摘要

目的: 建立续断通络胶囊质量标准。方法: 采用薄层色谱法对处方中的狗脊、续断、白芍、槲寄生进行了定性鉴别;采用HPLC

以川续断皂苷Ⅵ为评价指标

色谱柱Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

流动相乙腈-水(30∶70)

检测波长212 nm

流速1.0 mL·min-1进行含量测定。结果: 供试品色谱中

在与对照品或对照药材色谱相应位置上显相同颜色的斑点

阴性无干扰。川续断皂苷Ⅵ在0.45~3.6 μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)

平均加样回收率为98.31%

RSD 1.42%。结论: 方法简便、专属性强、重复性好

可有效的控制续断通络胶囊的质量。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a method for quality control of Xuanduan Tongluo capsule. Method: To establish qualitative analysis in teasel

rhizoma cibotii

radix paeoniae rubra and parasitic loranthus.To determine the content of teasel saponin Ⅵ by HPLC

chromatographic column was Agilent-C18 with acetonitrile-water(30∶70)as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 212 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: Provide to try article color spectrum amid

correspond the spot in same color of location with the collate article or the collate medicine material color spectrum

feminine gender have no jam. Teasel saponin Ⅵ was separated with a good linearity in the sample size ranges of 0.45-3.6 μg

the average recoveries was 98.31%

with RSD 1.42%. Conclusion: The method is simple

specific and reproducible to control the quality of Xuanduan Tongluo Capsule.
