FT-IR Characteristic Analysis of Gegenqinlian Decoction and its Active Components Alignments
Objective: To study the foruier transform infrared(FT-IR) fingerprinting characteristics of Gegen Qinlian decoction and its active components alignments. Method: FT-IR was adopted to analyze and describe the characteristics by Gegen Qinlian decoction and the active components alignments. Result: The main characteristic peaks of Gegen Qinlian decoction are at 1 727

and the crude drugs for decoction in Anhui region has the highest correlation coefficient with genuine medicinal materials. The FT-IR fingerprint characterization (1 800-400 cm-1) of the active components alignments for Gegen Qinlian decoction are 1 726
