Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Essential Oils from by SFE-CO
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the essential oils from Calonyction muricatum. Method: The essential oils were extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction
and then the constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS)
and then their relative content was determined by the area normalization. Result: Forty-six compounds were isolated and identified that composed about 92.80% of the total essential oils. The principal constituents are linoleic
palmitic acid
stearic acid
precocene Ⅱ. Conclusion: Fatty acid is the main constituent of the essential oil
