Study on Quality Standard for Shenling Jianti Powder
Objective: To improve the quality standard for Shenling Jianti Powder. Method: Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Radix Glycyrrhizae were indentified by TLC. The content of liquiritin in Radix Glycyrrhizae was determined by HPLC. The HPLC system consisted of Diamosil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm)
acetonitrile-0.5%acetic acid(10∶90)as mobile phase
flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1
detection wavelength at 276 nm. Result: The method of TLC was simple with strong specificity and good reproducibility. The linear range of liquirtin was 0.037 08-0.370 8 μg(r =0.9998). The average recovery rate was 101.6% and RSD was 1.9%(n=6). Conclusion: The developed method is simple
accurate and suitable for the quality control of Shenling Jianti Powder.
