Objective: The method of HPLC was established for the quality control of Chrysanthemum morifolium. Method : The scopoletin was performed on a column C18 with a mobile phase of MeOH-NaH2PO3(15.6-1 000 mL

detected at 328 nm. Result : The calibration curve was linear(r=0.999 9) within the range of 0.2-1.0 mg·L-1 for chlorogenic acid. The average recovery was 98.78% and RSD is 0.97% (n=6) The method was simple and accurate. Conclusion : The method of high performance liquid chromatography can be used for the quality control of C. morifolium.
