Optimization of Extraction Technology for Chanfukang Granule by Uniform Test Design
Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Chanfukang granule. Method: The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC
combined with the content of N-butanol extract
uniform experiment was used to optimize extraction technology of Chanfukang granule. Result: Optimum extraction process was:soaked 1 h with 8 times the amount of water
extracted 3 times for 1 h each time. Conclusion: Optimized technology of Chanfukang granule was reasonable
stable and feasible
it was suitable for extraction of Angelica sinensis
Zingiber officinale and so on from Chanfukang granule.
