Objective: To investigate effect of ultrasonic-composite enzyme synergistic method on extraction rate of polysaccharide from Lobelia chinensis. Method: With L. chinensis as raw material
polysaccharide was extracted by ultrasonic-composite enzyme synergistic method
extraction technology of polysaccharide from L. chinensis was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. Result: Optimum technology conditions were as follows: pH 4.0
