摘要

目的 :观察蒡芎疏风颗粒(Bxsfkl)对实验性偏头痛的影响。方法 :将小鼠分为空白、模型、实验药物3个剂量和中、西药对照组

以Bxsfkl低、中、高(9.75

Bxsfkl高剂量组提高小鼠痛阈值

有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。在小鼠醋酸扭体实验中

Bxsfkl中、高剂量组减少小鼠扭体次数

与空白组比较有统计学意义。在硝酸甘油所致偏头痛模型实验中

Bxsfkl低、中、高剂量组大鼠耳红消失时间与模型组比较均有显著差异;大鼠挠头次数在30~180 min与模型组比较

均能缓解挠头次数

高剂量组有统计学意义;大鼠爬笼次数在30~180 min与模型组比较

其中高剂量组有统计学意义。大鼠血浆5-HT含量模型组为(43.99±5.49)ng·g-1较正常对照组(82.62±11.18)ng·g-1显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较

各治疗组血浆5-HT含量增加

且均有统计学意义。结论 :Bxsfkl能明显提高小鼠的痛阈

显著缓解模型大鼠因头痛所致耳红、挠头、爬笼等现象

具有增加血浆中5-HT含量的作用。
