摘要

目的: 采用正交设计法筛选生发涂膜剂的最佳制备工艺

并对其进行质量控制。方法: 以二苯乙烯苷的含量为评价指标

采用L9(34)正交试验优选该处方的提取工艺条件;以聚乙烯醇124为成膜材料

成膜时间、膜的质量为评价指标

正交试验优选最佳成型工艺条件。结果: 生发涂膜剂的最佳提取工艺条件为加8倍量70%乙醇回流提取2次

每次1.5 h;最佳成型工艺条件为中药提取物35 mL

聚乙烯醇124 7 g

甘油2 mL

羧甲基纤维素钠0.75 g。结论: 该涂膜剂制备工艺设计合理

制备工艺简单

质量控制方法可靠。

Abstract

Objective: To select optimum preparation technology and of germinal coating agent and to evaluated its quality control. Method: Optimum extraction technology was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design experiment with the content of stilbene glucoside as index; with PVA 124as film forming mateial and film-forming time and film quality as indexes

optimized optimum molding technology by orthogonal design test. Result: optimum extraction conditons of germinal coating agent was:refluxing extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol for 1.5 h each time;optimum molding process conditions was:extract of traditional Chinese medicine 35 mL

PVA124 7 g

glycerine 2 mL

sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0.75 g. Conclusion: Preparation technology of this coating agent was reasonable
