Determination of Adenosine in from Different Cultivation Areas by HPLC
Objective: To determine content of adenosine in Dioscorea opposita from the various cultivation areas. Method : A SunFire C18 Colum (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) was used with Methanol- phosphate buffer(15 ∶85)as the mobile phase. The detective wavelength was set at 260 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: Ten batches of the samples were analyzed. The content of adenosine ranged from 0.035 9-0.104 0 mg·g-1. Conclusion : The method was simple
reproducible and reliable. It can be used to control the quality of D. opposita.
