Optimization of Extraction Process of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwutang by Orthogonal Design
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwutang. Method: The content of astragaloside and paeoniflori were determined by HPLC. The optimum extraction condition was investigated by orthogonal design; the content of astragaloside
paeoniflorin and the ratio of dry extraction were regarded as the detection index. Result: The optimum extraction was as follows: soaking in ten times amount of water for half an hour
extracting three times
every time for one and a half hour. Conclusion: The optimum technology was stable and feasible for the extraction of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwutang.
