Objective: To determine the content of verbascoside in Callicarpa nudiflora. Method: HPLC was performed with chromatographic conditions as follows: Dikma Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm)
the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid (16 ∶84)
flow rate at 1 mL ·min-1
and the detection wavelength at 332 nm. Result: The linearity of verbascoside was good in the range 0f 8.24-206 mg ·L-1(r=0.999 5). The average recovery was 98.74%
RSD was 2.31%
with good repeatability RSD was 2.12%
(n=6) Conclusion: The method is simple
feasible and reproducible
and can be used to control the qualitv of C. nudiflora.
