Determination of Microwave-assisted Extraction of Chinese Cut Crude Drugs (3) Comparison of Determination of Astilbin from between Microwave-assisted Extraction and Chinese Pharmacopeia Method
Objective :To establish a microwave-assisted extraction method for the extraction of the astilbin from Smilax glabra. Comparison of the determination of astilbin from Smilax glabra between microwave-assisted extraction and Chinese pharmacopeia method. Method :Dikma Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm
5μm)was used. The mobile phase of methanol-0.1%acetic acid-water (39 ∶61). The temperature of column was 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 291 nm. Result :Microwave extractive time was 10 min
the temperature was 60 ℃
the extraction solvent was 60%ethanol. The calibration curve was in good linearity with in the range from 0.04 to 0.8 μg(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.80% (n=6). Conclusion :The method is simple
rapid
as well as precise and reliable
and can be used for the determination of astilbin from Smilax glabra.
