HPLC Determination of Luteoloside in Shuanghuanglian Injection
Objective: To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of luteoloside in Shuanghuanglian Injection. Method: Purification and enrichment of luteoloside were performed through polyamide column. The Waters C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) column was adopted. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A)-0.1% phosphoric acid (B) with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was at 350 nm
and the column temperature was set at 35 ℃. Result: The linear range of luteoloside was 34.3-343.0 ng (r=0.999 7)
and the average recovery was 99.2% with RSD of 3.3% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is sensitive
simple
accurate
and suitable for the determination of the content of luteoloside in Shuanghuanglian Injection.
