摘要

目的: 优选小儿腹泻脐贴的提取工艺条件。方法: 以方中的药效成分吴茱萸次碱为评价指标

采用单因素试验和正交试验设计法相结合

优选小儿腹泻脐贴的最佳提取工艺条件。结果: 处方中药材的挥发油提取时间为2.5 h;非挥发性有效成分的最佳提取工艺条件为加8 倍量70%乙醇

回流提取2 次

每次1 h。结论: 经工艺验证试验表明

优选出的小儿腹泻脐贴的最佳提取工艺提取率较高

有较好的稳定性、合理、可行。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions of Xiao’er Fuxie navel patch. Method: Single factor and orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize extracting technology of Xiao’er Fuxie navel patch with the content of rutaecarpine as index. Result: The extraction time of essential oil in the Prescription was 2.5 h; the optimum extraction conditions of Non-volatile active ingredients were reflux extracting 2 times for 1 h each time with 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol. Conclusion: The process validation tests showed that the optimized extraction of Xiao’er Fuxie navel patch was efficient

preferable stability

reasonable and feasible.
