Objective: Choose the best enzyme and craft conditions of hypericin from Hypericum perforatum. Method : The content of hypericin determined by HPLC was used as an index. The orthogonal experiments were used for the optimal craft conditions choosing two of the best enzymes in cellulase
pectinase
xylanase
glucanase
β-glucanase and enzyme (SPE-007A) to investigate the effect on their complex by solid-liquid ratio
enzyme dosage

temperature and the extraction time. Result : The two best enzymes are cellulase and pectinase
the optimum extraction process is as follows pH 4.8
enzyme dosage cellulase-pectinase 2.0%-2.0%
temperature 50 ℃
extraction time 6 h. Conclusion : This method is efficient and stable. It could be used in the future research of Hypericum perforatum.
