Optimization of Ultrasound-assisted Extraction of Total Flavonoids fromby Response Surface Methodology
Objective: To optimize the ultrasound-assisted extraction technology of total flavonoids from Trollius chinensis Bunge. Method : The factors such as ethanol concentration
extraction time and liquid-material ratio were optimized by response surface methodology. Result : The highest extraction rate of total flavonoids by ultrasound-assisted extraction was 12.02 mg ·g-1 using ethanol concentration 49 percent
liquid-material ratio of 1 ∶43
extraction temperature at 50 ℃
and extracted for 22 min
which was agreed with model predictions. Conclusion : The extraction process by ultrasound-assisted was stable and reliable.
