Therapeutic Effect of Oral administration of Chinese Medicine Combined with Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel in 56 Patients with Acne Vulgaris
Objective: To observe the clinic-effects of acne vulgaris treated by oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel. Method: A total of 100 cases was randomly divided into two group. Patients of the therapeutic group (n=56) were treated with Chinese medicine orally administration combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel. Patients of the control group (n=44) were treated with oral administration of Chinese medicine. The treatment duration of 2 groups was 30 days. Result: After the treatment
the therapeutic effect of the therapeutic group was superior to that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel was superior to simple therapy of oral administration of Chinese medicine.
