Objective: To observe the Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) clinically. Method: Based on inclusion criteria

98 cases of NSCLC were randomly divided into observation group and the control group (n=49 each). Two groups were given TP chemotherapy:TAX (docetaxel) 65 mg/m2

d1-d3.While the observation group was treated with Aidi injection 80~100 mL

a total of 14 d. Three weeks for both groups were lasted as a treatment cycle

2 treatment cycles were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and survival in patients with and without the occurrence of side effects. Result: The total effective rate was 91.84%

77.55% in the two groups with significant difference (P<0.05). The quality of life in the observation group was higher compared with that in the control group significantly(P<0.05).CD3+
