effective and stable new method for sustained drug release in mice. Method: A novel drug delivery device (glass-silicone drug delivery device
GSDD) was constructed and drug delivery characteristics of the GSDD was investigated in vivo and in vitro by using progesterone. Result: In vitro experiments showed that GSDD has uniform and stable performance of sustained-release drug. In vivo experiments indicated that GSDD could be effective in a long time to maintain stability of release of drug in mice. Conclusion: GSDD provided a simple and effective method for release quickly drug to release long-time and stable in mice.
