摘要

目的: 观察中药抗敏汤配合腧穴自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及复发率。方法: 将132例患者随机分为两组

对照组单纯口服西替利嗪10 mg

1次/d;治疗组采用抗敏汤配合腧穴自血疗法(每日1剂

早晚分服)。观察两组患者的临床疗效及复发率。结果: 两组患者临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(87.14% vs 62.90%

P<0.05)

治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(停药4周21.88% vs 58.82%;停药8周43.75% vs 76.47%

P<0.05)。结论: 抗敏汤配合腧穴自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹比单纯应用西药疗效好

且复发率低。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the cure effect and the recurrence rate of chronic urticaria treated by Kangmin Tang combined with auto-blood therapy. Method: One hundred and thirty-two cases of chronic urticaria were divided into two groups randomLy. The control group were treated with oral citirizine

the therapy group were treated with Kangmin Tang combined with auto-blood therapy. The patients who had cure effect were followed up for 8 weeks

calculated the recurrence rate. Result: There was significant difference of cure effect between two groups(P<0.05)

the recurrence rate were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The cure effect of Kangmin Tang combined with auto-blood therapy are better than that in control group.
