Simultaneous Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride, -pseudo-ephedrine and Amygdalin in Xuanfei Zhike Oral Liquid by RP-HPLC
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride
D-pseudo-ephedrine and amygdalin in Xuanfei Zhike Oral Liquid. Method: The separation was performed on an Hedera ODS-2 (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm); the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid (5:95) with the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1 for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride
D-pseudo-ephedrine and 0.7 mL·min-1 for amygdalin
UV detection wavelength was at 210 nm and column temperature was 25 ℃. Result: ephedrine hydrochloride
D-pseudo-ephedrine and amygdalin were linear in the range of 0.043 2-0.684 μg (r=0.999 9)
