Study on Adsorption and Separation of Active Ingredients in Er-xian Decotion with Macroporous Resin
Objective: To optimize the purification condition of active ingredients in Er-xian decotion with macroporous resin. Method : With the total flavonoids
total alkaloids and total saponins in Er-xian decotion as parameters
the D101
DM130
HPD100
HPD400 resins were inspected by dynamic method for the adsorption and desorption performance to screen the best resin and optimize the condition of absorption and desorption for the resin. Result : The D101 resin was suitable to purify the active ingredients in Er-xian decoction. The optimized condition is that: The ratio of medicine to solution is 1 ∶1.5
NaCl concentration is 1.5 mol ·L-1
loading 2.5 BV medicine to D101 resin column
eluting to colourless with 6 BV water
and finally
the active ingredients were eluted by 50% ethanol (5 BV). Conclusion : The active ingredients in Er-xian decotion can be purified simply and practically by D101 resin.
