摘要

目的: 优选桂枝颗粒提取物的最佳干燥工艺参数。方法: 采用正交试验法考察不同干燥温度和时间对桂枝颗粒提取物的芍药苷含量、干膏率及外观性状的影响

通过方差分析确定最终干燥工艺参数。结果: 桂枝颗粒提取物采用微波真空干燥的最佳参数为干燥温度85~90 ℃

干燥时间60~90 min。结论: 微波真空干燥时间短

耗能低

效率高

值得在中药提取物干燥工艺中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize the best technologic parameters for the extract of Guizhi granule. Method: Examine various drying temperature and time to the effct of paeoniflor Content、dry extract yield and appearance properties by use of the experimental method

and confirm the best drying technologic parameters trough the party's analysisby. Result: The optimal chnologic parameters by use of microwave vacuum dry were as follows:drying temperature was 85-90 ℃

drying time was 60-90 min. Conclusion: Compared with vacuum drying and spray drying

MVD isrelatively short time and low.
