大鼠对吗啡形成了位置偏爱。给予钩藤提取液高剂量组(9 g ·kg-1)能显著缩短大鼠在白箱的逗留时间 (与模型组比较
P<0.05)。 结论 :钩藤提取液能够抑制吗啡诱导的条件性位置偏爱效应的形成
具有一定的抗药物精神依赖作用。
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis on the conditioned place preference (CPP) induced by morphine in rats. Method : Conditioned place preference was established by morphine sc 15 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1 for 5 d. In the training time
two Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis groups (3
9 g ·kg-1
ig) were given Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis after sc morphine 12 h later daily. The duration of staying in the White Compartment was recorded. Result : The 3 g ·kg-1 group could not influence morphine-dependent CPP; the 9 g ·kg-1 group could extinct to some extent morphine-dependent CPP. Conclusion : The result suggest that Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis could extinct to some extent morphine-dependent CPP and has the function of resisting psychological dependence.
