Optimization of Extraction Process for Qikui Granules with Multi-index
Objective: To optimize extraction process of Qikui granules. Method: Orthogonal design was used to optimize extraction process of Qikui granules. The content of astragalosideⅣ
hyperoside
and stilbene glycoside were as indexes. Result: The optimum extraction process was as follows:extracted with 10times amount of water
extracted three times
60 minutes per time. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is feasible and suitable for industrial production.
