摘要

目的: 观察百令胶囊对Graves病(Graves' disease

GD)患者甲状腺自身抗体及远期预后的影响。方法: 将60例初诊断Graves病患者随机分为两组

治疗组用百令胶囊(2 g/次

每日3次)联合丙塞磷氧嘧啶50~600 mg治疗

对照组丙塞磷氧嘧啶50~600 mg治疗

连续用药12个月

观察两组治疗前后甲状腺功能、自身抗体变化

停药后随访1年

观察GD复发率。结果: 治疗结束时两组甲状腺功能差异不显著

治疗组甲状腺自身抗体·mL-1

TPOAb (18.64±7.17)U·mL-1]较对照组(19.57±9.25

31.36±11.53)U·mL-1降低

差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);停药1年后随访

治疗组18.8%较对照组35.7%复发率明显降低

差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论: 百令胶囊可以降低GD患者自身抗体水平

对GD患者的异常免疫反应有一定的调节作用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of Bailing capsule on thyroid auto antibodies in patients with Graves' disease(GD). Method: Sixty first diagnosed cases of GD patients were randomly divided into two groups

control group treated with propylthiouracil and treatment group treated with Bailing capsule combined with propylthiouracil. The levels of FT3

TPOAb were measured in two group pre and post treatment. Follow-up 1 year after treatment

observe the recurrence rate of GD. Result: The thyroid function of the two groups was not significant after treatment

in the treatment group thyroid autoantibodies (TRAb

TPOAb) lower than the control group

the difference was significant (P <0.01); follow-up 1 year after withdrawal

the treatment group than the control group recurrence rate was significantly lower

the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bailing capsule can reduce autoantibody levels in patients with GD

and have some regulatory role to the abnormal immune response in patients with GD.
