Determination and Analysis of Trace Elements Essential to Human in Impatientis Semen of Different Regions
Objective: To analysis of nine kinds of trace elements essential to human in different regions and assess the quality of Impatientis Semen. Method : The content of trcae elements was determined by ICP-MS
the correlation between the content of trace elements in Impatientis Semen was analyzed by SPSS and principal components analysis (PCA) was used to evaluate the quality. Result : The content of useful supplement of Fe
Zn
Mn
Cu was higher. There was significant correlation between different elements. Comprehensive function made by PCA was F=0.209x1+0.256x2+1.194x3+0.236x4+0.267x5+0.044x6+0.196x7-0.084x8+0.263x9. Conclusion : These elements take part in the pharmacodynamic functions of Impatientis Semen and the content of trace elements in different regions was significant different. The results can provide scientific basis for quality evaluation of Impatientis Semen.
