The differences between classical pharmacokinetic sampling methods and microdialysis sampling technology was compared to investigate the applicability of pharmacokinetic study and the sample data processing particularity by using microdialysis technology from the sampling model

The data processing specificity of microdialysis samples were deeply thought according the study object characteristics. The microdialysis samples data correction method was summaried on this basis to improve the pharmacokinetic study results robustness and reliability by using microdialysis method.
