选择多糖溶液质量浓度、活性炭用量、脱色时间、脱色温度等4方面进行单因素考察。 结果: 脱除麦冬多糖色素的最佳条件为多糖溶液质量浓度为5 g ·L-1
加入2%的活性炭
在50 ℃温度下脱色30 min。 结论: 该脱色方法为麦冬多糖进一步纯化提供了基础。
Abstract
Objective: To optimize the decolorization technology of polysaccharide from Ophiopogonis Radix. Method: Activated carbon was used as adsorbent.Concentration of polysaccharides
the amount of activated carbon
decolorization time as well as decolorization temperature were selected as experiment factors by single factor test. Result: The optimum decolorization process was as follows:concentration of polysaccharides was 5 g ·L-1
the amount of activated carbon was 2%
the temperature was at 50 ℃
the time was 30 min. Conclusion: The technology can establish foundation for the further purification of polysaccharide from Ophiopogonis Radix.
