摘要

目的: 探讨菟丝子总黄酮(TFCC)对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞骨代谢的影响。方法: 取新生SD大鼠的颅盖骨

采用改良的组织块法培养成骨细胞。应用MTT法、对硝基苯二钠基质动力学法(PNPP)

放射免疫法及ELISA法分别测定TFCC 0.01

100 μg·L-1对成骨细胞增殖、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性、骨钙素(BGP)含量及Ⅰ型胶原(COL-I)分泌的影响。结果: TFCC在48 h和72 h能显著促进成骨细胞增殖并提高ALP活性; 48 h时TFCC可促进细胞上清液中BGP和COL-I的分泌。结论: TFCC能够明显促进大鼠成骨细胞的增殖与分化

并通过提高COL-I的分泌影响骨代谢。
